Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why is this study important and why should I participate?
This study aims to understand the impact of workplace stress on sleep quality and the resulting effects on health. Because of the amount of time the American’s spend at work, we are looking to understand how workplace stress impacts wellness and health.

Q: I want to participate, what should I expect?
Participation in the study includes completing a screener survey, baseline survey, a 2-3 hour Lab Visit, and seven days of active study participation (including wearing biomonitors that will measure your heart rate, blood pressure and sleep quality, and answering short surveys throughout the day). After your seven days, you will return to ISR to get your blood drawn.
